The Lowtide Motel is a rustic, quiet motel, built in the late 1950's. We are a 12-room motel is just a couple of minutes walk from Copalis Beach, Washington. We are just two blocks off Highway 109. With various activities to offer, you may enjoy your quiet and relaxing stay with us here in the Lowtide Motel and we are open all-year round!

Spend the day beach combing, building sandcastles, flying a kite, birdwatching , fishing or using this property as a home base for exploring the beautiful Olympic Peninsula. An idea location for family getaways. From summer weather to winter storm watching, the Lowtide is a hidden treasure to those who have discovered it.

House Rules
Check-in at at 3:00 PM daily with check-out at 11:00 AM. Please check in at the front desk upon arrival - if you check in early, we are happy to hold your bags while you start exploring the area. The health of the guests is our primary concern. We have implemented extra sanitization, ask our guests to practice social distancing, and we have changed our breakfast menu. We ask that guests to please be fever free for 14 days.
